Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items with all original tags attached.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your return shipment.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
